At House of Riddhi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers may not be eligible for return

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear
- Accessories
- Customized products
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

3. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Size issues
- Damaged products
- Wrong item received
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- defective item,
- or wrong order,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- order details,
- clear photos/videos of the product,
- packaging images.

5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- COD order refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to pay return shipping charges unless the return is due to:
- damaged product,
- wrong product,
- or seller-side issue.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
